Our Response

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review the request and take appropriate action, including removal or disabling access to the infringing content. We aim to act within 48-72 hours.

Counter-Notification

Your counter-notice must include:

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification

Repeat Infringer Policy

MediHealth PRO reserves the right to terminate access to users who are found to be repeat infringers.
